First Pattern Making: from your ideas and sketches, our pattern makers will make the first pattern in the required size. The long-year experiences and the provided computer background ensure that your first pattern will be created in such quality and form, as you initially imagined it.
Grading: once the first pattern is completed, our model makers will grade it in the required sizes. The model will be graded in accordance with the sizing tables provided by you or we can assist in establishing a specifications to your product with fully regard to your clientele.
Marker Making: for the optimal utilization of your fabric, our marker makers will seek the most economical layout of your pattern, during which the special qualities of the fabric, such as raw material, markings, behaviour on iron and steam, rotation ability of the parts, etc. will be taken into regard, which may effect the layouts. Marker making is essential in minimizing the material waste and maximizing the productivity.
Digitizing: if you have a handmade first pattern and you wish to have it on the computer for any purpose or have it graded by us, our computer system makes the digitalization also possible.
First Sample Sewing: our company has an own sample sewing factory, which enables the sewing of the first sample(s) once the first pattern is ready. The sewing of the first sample is always closely supervised by the current pattern maker, who constantly cooperates with the factory. This creates a great opportunity to sew the first sample according to our partners idea and expectation, with the best quality and technique.
Sale Samples Sewing: for the successful sale, it is important to have the so-called 'sale samples' even in several sizes, with which your collection can be presented on several sites at the same time.
Providing technical documentation: if required, we provide the full technical documentation of a model, which contains a comprehensive technologic specification (sewing forms, recommended way and temperature of ironing, workmanship of the folds, etc.) and we are also able to make the assortment of the necessary accessories (shoulder pad, button, zipper, hooks, etc.).
Organizing and Controlling of Quality Production (also small series): since the start, our company has been organizing wage work production. Accordingly, we have a full picture on the capabilites of the national factories, we are aware: which factory can produce which model, how fast and in what quality. The production is continously controlled by our own technician. Today, 5 entire factories with 150 sewing ladies work exclusively for us during the year in order to meet the requirements (quality, deadline, etc.) expected by our partners.
